I am Vishal Paudel. I am a student of computer science and I love the subject. From the extremities of mechanizing intelligence to optimizing regex engines I have a zeal to study and apply all of the beautiful facets of this subject. My study of the subject gifts me focus and energy.

My interest in chaotic systems and simulations, motivates me to work on interesting projects. Recently, the fractal boundaries between state transitions and chaotic nature of cellular automaton have occupied my interests. I believe that the invaluable knowledge received during projects will not only equip me with the necessary tools to develop meaningful applications within software and information systems later on, but will also refine my ability to forge connections across the diverse applications encompassed by computer science.

Furthermore, my proficiency in Python and C++, familiarity with Julia and Rust along with the projects I’ve completed will aid me in my thinking and problem solving approaches. I hope that my interest and background allows me to work on interesting projects under enriching guidances in the coming future.

I have recently started with competitive programming and I am loving that too, I have reached the pupil rank on Codeforces.

My biggest strength is that I am a keen learner and my biggest weakness is that I am a slow learner.

Besides my love for computer science, I am a State level chess player, I am a Tabla player, I do competitive Yoga, and am an avid cyclist.

Some of my achievements are: I am an NIIT scholar, a Mensa India High IQ society scholar, I have secured 9th Rank in Haryana state chess championship, I have written two articles about two prime generator functions that I had *discovered*, I was featured in ZEE News in 2015 for the Indian Robotics Olympiad.

I was born in Kanpur. I studied in VIDYA School, Gurgaon which is an NGO sponsored by KPMG. I have an elder sister, my family is now living in Chakkarpur in Gurgaon near the Cyber City.

That's a brief about me and my interests. I would love to share more details about the projects I have done.
